EUGENIE LEE, DMDDr. Lee is a board-certified periodontist, with training in the most modern dental implant and regenerative hard and soft tissue techniques, as well as periodontal disease treatment. Dr. Lee has training in treatment-planning and full-mouth rehabilitation, and is also involved in computer-guided implant dentistry.

Dr. Lee attended college at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, where she completed a 3-year accelerated track followed by her dental doctorate at the University of Medicine and Dentistry – New Jersey Dental School in 2008, graduating with honors and the Dental Implant Student Award. She further went on to complete a 3-year postgraduate specialty program in Periodontics at the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore, earning a certificate in Periodontics and Masters in Oral Biology in 2011. Dr. Lee is in private practice and is active in teaching and leadership roles within her specialty organizations. Dr. Lee is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine – Department of Periodontics, and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Periodontics at the General Practice Residency of Jersey City Medical Center. She has volunteered for “Give Kids a Smile Day” and provided emergency need-based dental care on a week-long dental mission trip to the Dominican Republic in 2008. Dr. Lee is a speaker for Colgate-Palmolive and lectures at local and regional study groups and provides continuing education courses on diverse periodontal topics. Dr. Lee currently chairs the Task Force on New Periodontists for the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), and serves as a member of the Membership Advisory Committee, and Task Force on Mission, Vision, and Branding for the AAP. She was recently chosen to participate in the inaugural Leadership, Engagement, Action and Development Program by the American Academy of Periodontology, designed to cultivate leaders within the specialty. Dr. Lee is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and Northeastern Society of Periodontists.
